What is the shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping in these countries (United States, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands ,Spain, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore). Once your order is confirmed, we strive to process your order within 24 hours with standard shipping taking any where from 7 to 10 business days. Shipping times can vary from country to country and can estimate this to be approx. 10 to 14 days. You too will receive an email with tracking info upon order confirmation.
What is the return policy?
For our US customers, we promise to delivery to you a fully functioning band to exceed your expectations. If for any reason your band, adaptor mechanism or buckle is not functioning as promised we will replace or repair it with notification to us within 7 days of receipt of your band. Simply ship your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging along with your proof of purchase and we will process your return or exchange. Once your item (s) are received you will be notified via email on the status of your return.
For our International customers, we stand by products and promise you 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you encounter a problem with your band please contact us via email and we will address your issue to be best to our abilities.
